I'm not interested in making paintings of places. It will take me a lot of practise to "not make a painting of the place" though.

This painting was from one of my photos of the woodland at Chatsworth. I found it magical, & some of it breath-taking. The woodlands at Chatsworth are free to visit & separate to the house & gardens. Chatsworth is full of hidden treasures. What a place to explore!
